Get funnel analytics

Read-only
CartFlows Ecommerce cartflows/get-flow-stats

Pull revenue and order analytics for CartFlows funnels within a date range.

Requires the CartFlows plugin on WordPress 6.9+, since abilities only register when WordPress's Abilities API (wp_register_ability / WP_Ability) is available. Every ability additionally requires the current user to hold the 'cartflows_manage_flows_steps' capability. Flow and step lifecycle abilities (publish, unpublish, clone, trash, restore, update, reorder, clone-step, update-step-title) are further gated by the 'cartflows_abilities_api_edit' site option, while settings, checkout, thank-you, optin, email-report, product-mapping, creation, and template-import abilities are gated by the separate 'cartflows_abilities_api_write' option — both default to enabled but let site admins disable write access independently. WooCommerce must also be active for the analytics, checkout, thank-you, optin, and product-flow-mapping abilities, and for importing flow templates.

What it does

This ability returns aggregated earnings and order counts for a date range (defaulting to the last 30 days through today), optionally scoped to a single funnel ID, along with the 4 most recent orders (order ID, customer name/email, formatted total, status, and date). The runtime explicitly checks WooCommerce's active flag and throws an error if WooCommerce is not active, since CartFlows analytics are built on WooCommerce order data. Use it to give an AI assistant a quick read on which funnels are converting.

See it in action

You ask your AI assistant

"How much revenue has funnel 42 generated in the last 7 days, and what were the most recent orders?"

Inputs

Name Type Required Description
date_from string No Start date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Defaults to 30 days ago if empty.
date_to string No End date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Defaults to today if empty.
flow_id integer No Filter by funnel ID. Set to 0 (default) for all funnels.

Returns

An object with flow_stats (aggregated earnings and order totals for the date range) and recent_orders (an array of up to 4 orders with order_id, customer_name, customer_email, order_total, order_status, and order_date). Requires WooCommerce to be active.

Permission

The current user must have the 'cartflows_manage_flows_steps' capability; this read-only ability has no additional option gate, but it will fail if WooCommerce is not active.
