Requires a Semrush plan with API access (Guru tier or standalone API subscription) and an API key configured in Easy MCP AI → External Data → Semrush (AES-256-GCM encrypted). Every call debits your prepaid API unit balance. Backlinks tools additionally require the Semrush Backlinks API tier. All tools require the manage_options capability.

These Semrush tools are part of Easy MCP AI, a WordPress plugin that exposes Semrush data as MCP tools your AI assistant can call from inside your WordPress site. Calls run through your WordPress server using your own Semrush API key, so any AI client connected to your WordPress MCP endpoint (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, etc.) can use them alongside your posts, SEO plugins, and GA4 / Search Console data in a single workflow.
