Get AI Visibility overview

Read-only
Rank Math SEO SEO rank-math/get-ai-visibility-overview

Retrieve the site-level AI Visibility summary and every tracked brand's current score, rank, sentiment, and analysis status.

Requires the Rank Math SEO plugin on WordPress 6.9+ for the Abilities API. AI Visibility abilities require the 'manage_options' capability; Link Genius abilities require 'rank_math_link_builder'; Post SEO abilities require 'rank_math_onpage_general'; Schema abilities require 'rank_math_onpage_snippet'; SEO Analysis abilities require 'rank_math_site_analysis'; Analytics abilities require 'rank_math_analytics'; Content Analysis abilities require 'rank_math_onpage_analysis'. Some outputs (broken-link audit data in get-link-report, extra schema types in get-post-schema) are only populated when Rank Math PRO is active.

What it does

This ability returns Rank Math's AI Visibility dashboard data: a site-level summary plus a list of tracked brands, each with its id, name, URL, locale, status, AI Visibility score, rank, average sentiment, mention and citation counts, analysis status, and last-analyzed timestamp. An optional search input filters brands by name or URL, and a refresh input can bypass the 12-hour dashboard cache (returning a stale-flagged response — a fresh fetch still requires the REST endpoint). Handing this to an AI assistant lets it immediately report which brands are being tracked and how they're performing in AI search results, without opening the AI Visibility dashboard. Requires the 'manage_options' capability.
