Requires the Sticky Header Effects for Elementor plugin on WordPress 6.9+ for the Abilities API — the plugin's includes/abilities/class-she-abilities.php registers its abilities only when wp_register_ability() exists, and is a no-op on older cores. Each ability is additionally gated by a WordPress capability check: list-effects and validate-demo require edit_posts / edit_post on the target post, apply-settings requires edit_post on the target post, and create-demo requires both edit_theme_options and publish_posts. Abilities operate on Elementor templates/pages, so the target post must already contain Elementor data (_elementor_data) for apply-settings and validate-demo to act on it.
