Requires the Shield Security plugin on WordPress 6.9+. The abilities only register when Shield's REST query surface is available, which requires an active Shield Security Pro license carrying the 'rest_api_level_2' capability. Every call also requires the current user to be logged in with the 'manage_options' capability.
